Scott Fischman
Scott Fischman burst on to the poker scene after winning the $1,500 NL Hold'em event at the 2004 WSOP. Fischman won his second WSOP a few weeks later, clinching the $2,000 HORSE tournament. His biggest pay day came a year later after finishing 2nd in the same $1,500 NL Hold'em event.

I played with Scott Fischman in a $500 Sit & Go tournament at the 2006 LA Poker Classic. There was a tag-team tournament going on simultaneously, where players swap with their partners after each level. Bizarrely and unfairly the partners of Sit & Go players could step in Sit & Go whilst the other played the tag-team event.
Scott Fischman's partner never turned up at the table and his stack was blinded very low. When he returned, he was visibly upset and complained that no one had the decency to go over and tell him. 1) It was his own fault, 2) who would want a WSOP bracelet winner with a decent stack at their table? (unless it's Brian Wilson).
Fischman came back and when in to short stack all-in mode. After 5 successful all-in coups, he was KO'd with pocket 6's against Ace Jack.
